Having completed a certificate programme in Transpersonal Coaching Psychology (TCP) through Alef Trust, in the UK, I now offer coaching based on the core foundations and principles of TCP.
What is Transpersonal Coaching Psychology?
Transpersonal Coaching Psychology (TCP) is a holistic and integrative approach that goes beyond the traditional ego. It combines transpersonal psychology (which explores the spiritual, transcendent, and holistic aspects of the human experience), mindfulness, and coaching to help clients overcome limiting beliefs, explore existential questions, and discover a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.
I believe deeply in the power of introspection. With compassion and presence, I support clients in exploring their inner world, uncovering what matters most, and taking meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling and vibrant life.
Everyone deserves a safe place to begin the journey within — and I would be honoured to hold that space for you.
If you feel called to explore your inner world with me, I am all ears!

Just stop
Even for a moment
Let external distractions be
Breathe
Feel your chest expand and contract
Quietly go within
And meet the person who is there
Are they angry?
Why are they angry?
Are they anxious?
Why are they anxious?
Are they sad?
Why are they sad?
Are they scared?
Why are they scared?
Are they trying hard?
Why are they trying so hard?
When you meet that person
Meet them with compassion
Because I’m guessing, just guessing
Underneath all of it,
there is goodness
Person Within
by Jacqueline de Raadt

Jacqueline de Raadt, BA
For four decades, I have explored consciousness and spirituality. In my early twenties, I wrestled with profound questions about the purpose of life, the nature of true happiness, and the roots of my fears, self-doubt, and concern for others’ perceptions of me. These were not small questions, and it took years of introspection to find peace with myself, others, and my place in the cosmos.
My journey with this coaching model, Transpersonal Coaching Psychology (TCP), is rooted in personal transformation and the understanding that we are holistic beings—body, mind, emotions, and spirit. I am drawn to its integrative, non-pathologizing, and trauma-informed approach, which nurtures client growth and transformation. My purpose is to support others on their path of self-exploration and self-realization, fostering deeper self-understanding and contributing to a collective transformation in how we relate to ourselves, each other, fellow species, and the cosmos.
Self-reflection and self-exploration have profoundly shaped my relationship with myself, my perceptions, and the joy and emotional freedom I now experience. Before my journey into psychotherapy and spirituality, I felt trapped in emotional turmoil—marked by fear, self-doubt, and self-judgment rooted in past trauma and life experiences. Through diverse therapeutic modalities—including meditation, breathwork, psychotherapy, EMDR, Body-Centred Psychotherapy, Family Constellation therapy, group therapy, Advaita Vedanta, and A Course in Miracles—I have reflected, healed, released, and reframed limiting beliefs and fears.
As a practitioner, I am committed to sharing this sense of emotional freedom and joy with others.

"I already considered myself to be someone who is comfortable with introspection and self-reflection since I tend to go quite deep internally by my own volition. However, this experience was quite different from anything I have done on my own. Exploring these inner spaces with another person present was unexpectedly soothing and relieving...
Doing this work with a transpersonal coach created a sense of safety and balance that I hadn’t experienced before.
Jacqueline’s calm, warm and gentle presence made it possible for me to open up in a shared space in a way that I wouldn’t have done previously. Her insights helped shift my perspective on the issues we explored toward one that felt more self-compassionate. I think her skills, sensitivity and inviting presence were central to the effectiveness of my experience and allowed me to feel vulnerable without feeling exposed or judged. "
